Joycelyn spent 13 years in MNCs across Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries, working across cultures and nationalities from the very start of her career. She graduated with a foundation in Economics and Psychology — a combination that gave her both analytical rigour and deep behavioural insight.
At 30, she was retrenched. Instead of retreating, she rebuilt — starting what would become a 15-year journey in aromatherapy, holistic wellness, and natural health. Her son's health challenges were the catalyst; the solutions she found transformed her family, and then thousands of others.
She spotted the e-commerce wave early, building a natural products retail business before it was mainstream. She identified the green movement ahead of market demand. She built and rebuilt teams across YL and doTERRA, proving that soft skills — the ones most leaders undervalue — are the real leverage point.
